Re: TIME Magazine article ‘Fatherhood 2.0.’) - "It's an interesting article, but I am getting tired of studies that conclude that it is 'wrong' or 'unhealthy' to be a man or behave in ways that men do... The feminine has become the standard to which beahvior is compared to, rather than taking a gender neutral approach. For example, "Men are insensitive," tends to be the accepted position, rather than "Men are less sensitive to certain things than women. But the article is correct in its stance that concepts of manhood are changing. I would prefer that men be the ones to define it, rather than women make that decision for us.”

Hey Everyone! Wanted to get out a quick alert on two major items!

NEW EDITOR-IN-CHIEF, BEN MARTIN!

We're very happy to announce that we've brought on a new Editor-In-Chief, BEN MARTIN! As the magazine has grown, we needed to bring someone on board who could just run with creating new content. Ben is our guy, and we're really excited to have him on board!

Ben's first content for The Father Life will be running this coming Monday, October 8th.

We are also very pleased to welcome a new Fashion Contributor, JEFF COLLINS of My HaberDasher, to the magazine! Just checking in to give you an update on where we're at! July and August flew by! Family vacations and all... Issue #4, September 2007 is about wrapped-up; you should be seeing it in the next week or so.
